Hire an attorney. They are talking about the med pay ccoverage, and not liability. That limit is much higher. Your own coverage may also help.

Get a lawyer. the insurance companies doctors are paid to deny claims. If you do nothing, you will surely lose! Talk to a qualified lawyer.
