Biography
I chose my practice because I want to use my knowledge to ensure that all people are treated equally and with dignity. I specialized in civil rights law for eleven years as a staff attorney for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, where I worked on thousands of civil rights cases. I also regulary dealt with all aspects of employment discrimination law and the constitutional rights of criminal defendants. I started the Caviness Law Firm in 2018 because I believe that I, together with my clients, can make a difference in St. Louis and because I wanted to get off the sideline and into the fight for equal treatment and the preservation of our constitutional rights. I look forward to working on your behalf.
