Justin Michael Stephens

Justin M. Stephens devotes his practice to the representation of injury victims. He is an aggressive litigator who represents clients in all areas of personal injury law, including negligence, premises liability, workers’ compensation, and car and trucking accident cases. Justin has demonstrated a consistent track record of success in both state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings.

Justin was recently selected to the 2018 “Rising Stars” list by Super Lawyers, a rating service of lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. This is an exclusive list, recognizing only 2.5% of attorneys in the State of Missouri. Justin has also been honored by the National Trial Lawyers Association as a member of the Top 40 under 40 for the State of Missouri. Additionally, the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys selected Justin to the list of “10 Best” attorneys for the State of Missouri for exceptional and outstanding client service.

Justin earned his law degree from Saint Louis University in 2006, graduating magna cum laude. Justin was a member of the Law Journal and was elected by the faculty to the Woolsack Honor Society, which is limited to graduates who are ranked in the top ten percent of their graduating class. Prior to law school, Justin attended Southeast Missouri State University, where he was on the dean’s list and graduated with academic distinction.
