I hired Ms. Coke to help with our mortgage. Over the phone my husband was very clear what we were needing. She stated that she knew just what we need and it would be an easy job. She knew the attorney for the mortgage company and was looking forward to taking him on. At first she was great at stoppi...ng the mortgage company from taking our home. Then when we received the new contract in the mail I dropped it off at here office to review. She said she would look it over. Three months later, we were deigned the new contract. Since we did not send it back to the mortgage company they said they didn't send one. I had all the proof in her office. When asked about our file . Her statement was she would have to get back with us on that. This went on for over 6 months. Always going to get back in touch with us. When the final court date came. We where informed that she no long could keep up with the new laws and the requirements. She was no longer going to be able to handle our needs in the court. We would have to find someone else. This came 1 year later. I asked her just to finish the case. And we had no more money for a retainer. She told me in an email that we should have been saving our money to move anyway. Cause there was no way that we could have won against this mortgage company. I have asked for our file back now for the past 8 months. Her response with, it was just sent out. Still have not gotten anything. I was never able to meet her at her office she said she just doesn't spend much time there. I don't know who has my file ,our person information. I asked her about the court dates. Why weren't we notified when there was any hearing? She just told us we didn't need to be there no-thing was going to happen. I still send her regular e-mails about my file. No response. No file.
