Thomas Ernest Kennedy III

Mr. Kennedy and his law firm agreed to represent me on July 14, 2020. Since signing a representation agreement, he and his law firm did absolutely nothing. From time to time, I would occasionally inquire about the status of the case. My emails to Mr. Kennedy were utterly ignored. But in one instance,... he replied and vehemently stated "if you think another lawyer can do this faster for you, by all means hire that lawyer, fire us, and I’ll send you your file." Over the next three to four months, Mr. Kennedy's law firm refused to communicate with me or respond to my inquiries. As a result, I terminated our agreement on November 10, 2020. I've hired many lawyers over the years and I can unequivocally state that Attorney Tom Kennedy is the most unprofessional/unethical attorney I've ever experienced in the legal profession. By refusing to do anything, he's wasted a considerable amount of time that counts against the statute of limitations. I am also in the process of filing a bar complaint against the law license of Attorney Kennedy. My advice is to stay clear of his law firm. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

I'm a grandad/guardian of a toddler with ASD who was attending a neighboring school district in our area. Being the work out of the home parent I usually got my information on the poor grade this neighboring school district was receiving from my wife. Due to continuing problems not being resolve I ...finally was able to do some readjusting to participate in the school circle along with my spouse. After coming to the only conclusion our grandson rights, IEP, etc. were being violated. We research & highly recommendation from other ASD parents we reached out to Thomas Kennedy III & associates. We couldn't asked for a more professional, well knowledge, on Special Education law, IEP, & most important Autism than Thomas & his associate. On our first visit I felt like finally someone understands our frustration & disappointment in our own neighboring school district. And he kept that "WE GET IT & WE GOT YOUR BACK" momentum going to the end of our case. Thomas explain in details our case the good, the bad, & the indifferent. He was open,honest, listen, & understood our issue in a graceful manner. On our behalf Thomas represented to this school district our concerns, disappointments, our horror,etc. as well as there obligations of following the rights of a child in there ESE department which was clearly not being met. Thomas was well diverse, he explain his plan in details, he laid out his plain & he carried out his plan decisively bringing it to a completion were we are 101% satisfied. Thomas has brought calmness back into our life. we will forever be thankful for his expertise & helping us advocate /be a voice for my grandson.
