Stacey Rosa Hancock

I'm writing this review on behalf of my sister. Stacey was hired because she's related to a family friend. My sister was a victim of a drunk driving accident, where the uninsured driver who hit her died in the accident. When our mother posted online for everyone to keep her in their thoughts, Stacey ...messaged her privately asking about it and what she could do and casually mentioned that she happened to have a license to practice in California if she could look at my sisters case. This was a year ago and my sister in without a car STILL and 20,000 in debt from medical bills. When she got the car money it was 2000 because of the 5000 limit on coverage that the driver had between the 3 cars involved. Stacey took 30% off the payout, which I have NEVER heard of a lawyer doing, especially with the case she had. My sister has extreme PTSD and anxiety from the accident, and Stacey has had my sister running around LA to get her medical bills. She paid hundreds of dollars doing so paying for transportation and Stacey never once got bills herself or paid for Jordan's transportation. My sisters fiancé has been being more firm and direct of getting results, and Stacey basically said that there's no where to get the money from, which she had to be grilled and called countless times to say to any of us. When she threatened to get a new lawyer Stacey said that if we would keep her she could guartee the case be closed in 2 months. She's acted clueless about not knowing how terrible my sister is doing medically and even lied about her lack of knowledge of Jordan's car situation. My sisters fiancée has been emailing her every day, with my mother CCed on the emails. She has since taken my mom off because she's been sending my sisters fiancée lies about the facts of the case and what we have asked of her, while telling her that she's busy with her personal life and can't worry about the case. We are now finding a new lawyer, but I want to advise anyone to NEVER use her. From my experiences with her she is the definition of a bloodsucking lawyer, and doesn't take care of her clients.
