I handle issues relating to commercial real estate transactions including leasing, construction/development projects, land use/zoning projects, and financing. I also handle residential real estate matters including home purchases, easements, a clearing title.

I set up corporations, as well as work with small businesses to troubleshoot employment, contract, vendor, and leasing. If opening a new business I provide guidance on financing, commercial leasing, permitting and general setup questions.

Representing both Landlords and Tenants in eviction actions. I also work with property management companies to develop systems and notice procedures to attract tenants and keep them.
