Thomas Scott Stewart

For 25 years I've been consulting with employers on a wide range of labor and employment, business and litigation matters. I represent private and public entities across a broad spectrum of industries, handling all manner of disputes, from the smallest of compliance issues to “bet-the-company” trials. I litigate business disputes, employment practices lawsuits and labor arbitrations; help employers manage labor relations; and develop policies, practices and procedures that both comply with the law as well as enhance client operations.

I'm a former Army Military Intelligence officer, trained by the Special Forces in airborne operations and I was active throughout Western Europe during the Cold War thaw. These days I serve on the Board of Directors for the St. Louis Downtown Children's Center, publish on labor and employment matters, and speak to legal, business and employer groups on the latest labor and employment issues. Until recently, I represented the state of Nevada on the Lawyer's Committee for the National Center for State Courts.

With a keen business sense and specialized legal experience, I deliver practical, cost-effective and real-world solutions to labor, employment and business problems.

I race bicycles and Sprint Triathlons and play chess in my spare time. I like to think that I know my way around a kitchen.
