Our motion to modify lasted a long time; over a year. Our particular motion to modify was needed because the respondent parent was planning to take court action, behind our backs, using false information to gain what they wanted. We found out and were able to file first. Our case was complicated by ...this high conflict individual, whom we suspect is not in the best of mental health. We suspect that SP gets a lot of bad reviews because she is called upon by experienced attorneys who are "in the know" about how to deal with the mentally/emotionally challenged parents who love their kids, but don't make the best parents. These types of parents are often left wondering why they have "lost" their children, when it is clear as day to the experts in the court arena...SP worked solely on behalf of the minor child and was professional, blunt, honest. We would use her again if needed.
