Ryan’s areas of practice include class action litigation, mass tort, product liability, employment law, and personal injury.
Ryan has served as lead counsel in numerous high-profile class actions and has obtained millions of dollars in relief to thousands of class members. Ryan has tried cases in both state and federal court. He has also argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals (Eighth Circuit), and Missouri Court of Appeals (Western and Eastern Districts).
Ryan spearheaded several class actions challenging the constitutionality and validity of red light cameras throughout Missouri. As a result, Ryan obtained a number of significant appellate victories that invalidated the majority of red light camera ordinances in Missouri. In doing so, Ryan successfully persuaded the Court of Appeals to overrule another appellate decision that had endorsed red light cameras. He then parlayed that success into securing the largest settlement in the State of Missouri in 2015 (an $18,000,000 class action settlement that offered cash refunds to hundreds of thousands of people).
Before attending law school, Ryan worked as a commercial real estate broker. After law school, Ryan worked as an attorney at a large defense firm in the field of insurance litigation. He then worked at The Simon Law Firm for five years where he gained significant experience as a plaintiffs attorney including time spent leading the firm’s class action department.
Ryan is deeply passionate about fighting to ensure the fair administration of justice. The legal maxim “fiat justitia ruat caelum” continues not only to be an indelible imprint on his life, but also a driving force for his pursuit of the truth.

Responsive and Aggressive Advocacy
Mr. Keane represented my wife and I, along with numerous other plaintiffs, in a class action suit against unconstitutional St. Louis red light cameras. The representation was excellent and I felt we were more than adequately advocated for. The end result exceeded our expectations. I highly reco...

"Ryan is a creative thinker and tireless worker. He possesses incredible knowledge about defective products, potentially dangerous medications and litigation in general. I highly recommend Ryan."
"Ryan Keane is a talented, intelligent, and dedicated advocate for his clients. I have seen multiple class action suits where Ryan persevered through seemingly impossible odds to achieve justice for his clients. Ryan will passionately fight for his clients and for those causes he believes in."
"Ryan is a top tier attorney. He is responsive to clients and takes the time to explain the complexities of mass tort claims, something that cannot be said of the "1-800" firms that go fishing for clients on television. I strongly recommend any individual or attorney who is referring claims of this nature to contact Ryan."
"Ryan is one of the country's most talented injury lawyers. Ryan fights extremely hard to ensure his clients receive the maximum reimbursement for their harms and losses. Specializing in class action and mass tort litigation requires an attorney who is able to stand up to large multinational corporations and fight for consumers. Ryan has proven he is uniquely capable of doing just that time and time again. I highly recommend Ryan and Keane Law."
"Ryan is incredibly intelligent and hardworking. He can be trusted to manage the most complex and critical litigation."
"Ryan is tireless in pursuit of his cases. He can assimilate complex information and go up against even the largest corporations. There is no one else I would want working on class action and defective products cases than Ryan."
