Ryan Frantz

Ryan attended the University of Missouri – Columbia School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in May 2022. He focused his education in law school on FDA Law, Health Law, Corporate Law, and Employment Law. Before attending law school, Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise from Saint Louis University in May 2018, graduating magna cum laude. In 2024, Ryan was admitted to practice law in the state of Missouri.

Before joining the Arnold, Missouri divorce and family lawyers at Stange Law Firm, Ryan began his legal career working for a law firm out of college as a Law Clerk. In this role, he drafted EB-2 NIW petitions for international STEM researchers, conducted research on complex immigration issues, and supported clients’ petitions with in-depth analysis. He also maintained regular communication with clients, ensuring timely collection of documentation. Working with attorneys, Ryan developed persuasive legal arguments and exhibits, leveraging industry-specific knowledge to strengthen clients’ cases and improve their chances of success. Ryan then went on to become an Attorney and Team Lead for this law firm, where his work included leading a team of law clerks in preparing NIW petitions and RFEs, ensuring compliance with legal standards, collaborating with STEM clients, including those in pharmaceutical manufacturing, healthcare, and engineering, to develop tailored strategies and reviewing client files to optimize efficiency and foster strong relationships and client communication.
