Philip Greer Scanlon

He comes to court hearings looking like he's wearing eyeliner because he has a black eye, scratches all over his face, reeking of alcohol from what we can only assume was the weekend before. He looks like he got in a bar fight and lost. He constantly rubs his eyes until they are watering and he can h...ardly keep them open. He often gets the wrong files, or the people mixed up. He struggles with confusion because he's either hungover or on something. When he's in a court he will stoop as low as calling children liars, or their testimony a lie. He will make a mockery of children division statements, and defend a child abuser. He doesn't look good on the stand, it's embarrassing. He only hurts, he doesn't help. I wouldn't recommend him to a dog.

I hired him for my father and he did not represent him like he should have . Instead he got my dad 10 extra year to his sentence. He did not call any of my dad's defense witness or anything. He just sold my father down the river. Like he is doing to most of his clients in St. Francios County. I woul...dn't trust him to watch my dog or defend any of my lived one's.
