Replied last November 08, 2022This review was posted by a former client named James who was fully within his right to be upset with my firm prior to receiving an explanation for what went wrong. James's file was assigned to my law partner, who committed suicide during the pendency of his representation. His file was later found in her personal belongings, after he had already retained alternative counsel to resolve his issue. He was immediately refunded in full and given a candid explanation for why his file was neglected. This review was posted prior to that refund and we have done our very best to make him whole in light of the unfortunate circumstance
