Biography
My practice concentrates in the area of litigation, with an emphasis on tort litigation, commercial litigation, insurance defense and personal injury. I have significant first and second chair trial experience. I have successfully tried vehicular accident cases to jury verdict for both plaintiff and defendant. I also have successfully tried multimillion dollar cases involving personal injury disputes, fiduciary claims, contractual disputes, fraud, class action and other tortious conduct.
I am licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Missouri and Illinois. I also practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
