I strongly advise exercising caution when considering representation from Keith Fuller and Stange Law Firm. My experience has been disappointing, characterized by unprofessional conduct and excessive fees without tangible results. I retained Keith on September 23, 2024, with a preliminary court heari...ng set for September 30. He assured me that he could manage the case effectively and would be adequately prepared by the time of the hearing. Despite having all necessary documentation provided at the outset, Keith showed up to court without any of the materials and appeared unprepared. My retainer of $5,000 was completely exhausted within a week, raising concerns about the handling of my case. Furthermore, he was expected to file a substitution of counsel on September 30, but my previous attorney informed me on November 21 that this had not been completed, resulting in additional fees for services that Keith was supposed to provide. Efforts to reach an agreement with the opposing party were undermined by Keith; he claimed he had not received the information I had clearly relayed both verbally and in writing. I retain copies of our correspondence outlining my proposals. Instead of pursuing my suggestions, Keith submitted an entirely different offer to the opposing party and, disconcertingly, stated that he did not care about my preferences. This not only prolonged the case but also led to unnecessary expenses. After voicing my concerns, Keith withdrew from my case just a week before trial. Although I had supplied him with supporting documents, he has failed to return these materials to either my attorney or myself. Instead, I received a USB drive containing none of the crucial documents initially provided. He charged for the upload of these records but is unable to furnish them now. Ultimately, I have paid a total of approximately $14,000 in less than a month—$5,000 for a retainer and additional charges exceeding $9,000—only to find myself in a worse position than before. Keith's approach was discouraging, and he did not demonstrate a commitment to my interests. His communication after withdrawing indicated an inability to prepare for the first hearing, a fact that should have been disclosed in our initial meeting. Had I known this potential issue upfront, I would have considered other options for representation. I believe it is justified to request a refund of my retainer from Stange Law Firm, as Keith’s actions did not align with the expectations he set during our initial discussions. His charges seemed excessive, and the anticipated costs were initially projected to be around $7,000 to $9,000. I plan to file a complaint with the Missouri Bar regarding this matter. Moreover, previous discussions with the firm prior to Keith's withdrawal yielded no meaningful resolutions, merely justifications for his shortcomings.

I cannot recommend Keith Fuller enough. He has been a true godsend, handling a wide variety of legal matters for me with absolute precision and care.
