It is typically less costly...both financially and emotionally. Cynthia Fox is a trained and court-approved mediator who has helped many clients through mediation. In mediation, Cynthia meets with both parties to assist them in working out the terms for resolving their case, and then prepares the court documents reflecting the agreements reached.
