Paid atty the fee. Atty advised me not to go to court date. Atty missed first court date and did not notify me - (hated that I did not go). I discovered this two weeks after the missed court date when checking on line. A Bench warrant was issued for my arrest. I notified the Atty about this. Th...e next day Atty got a continuance and warrant removed. Atty notified me over the phone of second court date. On the court date I attended and my name was called by the judge. Atty was not there nor was a req. put in. Judge advised me to contact Atty as she had not been in contact with him...Judge stated he knew nothing about what was going on with the case. I got another continuance/third court date. I immediately phoned attorney and explained what happened and questioned why she was not there. Atty claimed she missed date in error thinking it was scheduled for a different day. Assured me it will be taken care of in one week. Atty does not appear to be managing the cases well or communicating with the court on my behalf.
