Michael Stephen Kruse

I represent all types of injured individuals, with a particular focus on helping individuals who have been injured by drugs and medical devices.  I have played an integral role in numerous nationally consolidated pharmaceutical litigations, including serving as the national law and briefing co-chair for the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the In Re: Yasmin and Yaz (Drospirenone) Marketing, Sales Practices and Products Liability Litigation.  I also served in the same role for the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the In Re Pradaxa (Dabigatran Etexilate) Products Liability Litigation.
