Katherine B. Greffet

Katherine Greffet is an Associate in the St. Louis office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. Katie focuses her practice on litigation in the areas of product liability, premises liability, toxic tort, and transportation. Katie has prepared numerous cases for jury and non-jury trial for state and federal courts in Missouri and Illinois. Prior to joining the Firm, Katie regularly represented clients in the areas of personal injury, business litigation, medical malpractice, and property and title disputes.

Katie manages a significant docket of product and premise liability cases in Missouri and Illinois for a large manufacturing company, and participates and oversees all phases of litigation, including conducting discovery, investigation and analysis of evidence, preparation and arguing of motions, deposing and defending fact witness depositions, and preparing for and participating in trial. She has served as lead counsel in mediations and binding arbitrations, and has participated as second-chair counsel in several jury trials to verdict.
