I am a Shareholder at the full service law firm of Sandberg Phoenix, a mid-size firm strategically located in St. Louis and serving Missouri and Southern Illinois.  My focus is in the area of labor and employment and I specialize in counseling management with the goal of promoting best practices in labor relations, employment law compliance and human resource functions.  I further serve the business needs of clients in drafting, negotiating and enforcing all types of employment contracts, including non-competition agreements and severance agreements.  My clients depend on me to draft policies and conduct training seminars regarding employment law compliance and best practices.

I have additionally developed an expertise in the specialized area of employment contracts for physicians and other medical personnel and can be counted on to guide individual physicians, hospitals or physician groups through the drafting and negotiation of various types of contracts in a cost effective manner.

Finally, I zealously but cost-effectively represent my client's interest in litigation before federal and state administrative agencies, federal and state courts of law and arbitration tribunals.
