Rachel Elizabeth Reagan-Purschke

Rachel‘s been on my custody case since 2015. She has continued my case and never once have I gotten a custody order. She would continue my case left and right and blame it on the other party. She made me miss court dates, even told the judge I would pay for the others part of the GAL without discussi...ng it with me. She would say we’re going to trial and then set up a meeting for pre-trial, cancel it at the last minute and then still charge me for the meeting. By law, she is to let her clients know that she is suspended she has not done any of that not just that she’s supposed to return their full and complete file. She has not done that either. Under Missouri supreme court law 5.27. She is to return our full and complete file and she has not been answering any phone calls the door or anything. She’s taking our money and she will not return anything. I paid her for 10 years to protect my daughters from the monster that abused us. And she used that to exploit me. I feel disgusted, how can I ever trust anyone again? If anyone else was done like this they please need to report it, a friend of mine and I have been to her office the police station and the courthouses. all the while she’s acting like a victim. She has no idea what a victim is. All those years while she was bragging on Facebook with all the trips was taking her kids on.I was working my butt off taking care of my children with no child support and going to school, bought my own house with no help from anyone and given my money to her at the same time for nothing. She lied to my face every time. My daughters have been through psychiatry medication hospitals. My one daughter has to see a psychiatrist monthly therapy twice a week and Rachel’s on Facebook acting like a victim all the while I’m dealing with all of this trying to pay Rachel at the same time all for nothing. I’ve given her money for the past 10 years and I still have no court order from a very dangerous man. I asked for a general ledger August 20 when I found all of this out what she did to me. Her office got a attitude with me like I was the bad one and said they will get it when they get time. August 28. I get an email with a resignation letter and an invoice. Still not my file though because I guess they didn’t have time for that. I don’t understand, why she did this. I hope more people rise up, not for vengeance, but in the hopes she’s unable to repeat these actions to others. She gets on Facebook and post about how she’s losing everything, not one time as she is apologizing to her clients. I don’t feel like she lost anything because I don’t feel like she deserved any of it. She definitely didn’t work for any of it. I’m not trying to be mean I’m just being honest. We deserve justice. It’s the law.

Rachel, If you intend to continue penning your own reviews, try sounding less bombastic. Your hubris prevents you from discerning that by using your prodigious vocabulary, certain bibliophiles, perhaps ones gifted with adroit pattern recognition, might recognize the cadence of your syntax, as we...ll as the idiosyncratic lexicon of someone within the legal profession. Next time you compose your own testimonial, try imagining you AREN'T an arrogant, self-serving, manipulative, bottom-of-the-UMKC-law-school-barrel attorney; instead, attempt a draft in the style of one of those "daft" clients, you so readily and vehemently pillory. Good luck with the good ol' boys, Rachel. Too bad there won't be any DEI programs to rescue you from the profound chastisement you're about to receive from your peers in the Bar Association.

Hired her for a custody case and was charged a flat fee in the beginning. She let my case drag on for years. Wouldn’t communicate about court dates and would continue my case last minute usually without my knowledge because she decided to leave on vacation. I dealt with her staff more than her and th...ey seemed confused about what Rachel was having them do. I was fined because of missed court dates that I had no idea about and it became a job for me to check up on everything myself because I couldn’t trust her to tell me about anything. After a few years of this she wanted to charge me more money because of all the “extra work” she said she had to do so I walked out and found a new lawyer and my case was settled within a month. I read a review where someone pointed out that other lawyers would speak negatively on her and she responded with a no they don’t but I have to add, they very much do.

Poor communication during entirety of my case. Poor interoffice communication. Disorganized. Unprofessional. Unapologetic. Charged me for "meeting" where she chose to discuss her personal life rather than my case for the majority of meeting. Neglects to listen. Neglects to address important details d...iscussed. Neglects to do most things she says she'll do. You and your case will not be her priority.
