David P. Senkel

I first retained David's services 13 years ago and have retained him solely throughout the years for modifications to my divorce decree. I have recommended David to anyone that asked on who they should use to represent them on family legal matter. My experience with David has been most favorable. ...David has a tremendous amount of experience and talent which shines through in his discussions and recommendations with me and most importantly his results. Many people have shared with me their experiences during their divorce proceedings and attorneys and I have always been glad that David was the one who represented and guided me through difficult times. His personality and demeanor are encouraging and supportive along with being a voice of reason and a realist. He will explain things thoroughly and also strives to achieve what is fair and attainable between both parties in the legal matter. I feel he has been and will be dependable on doing the best job in representing me. His billing time is very fair -- he charges only for the hours he has invested in the case, not a bit more.

I was not recommended to any lawyer from anyone. I simply called Thurman Law Firm in search of a lawyer to help me. As it turned out, I was very fortunate to be introduced to Dave Senkel. My first marriage was long term. I had expected it to be my only marriage. Things transpired in the mar...riage that devastated me both emotionally and financially. I came to Dave with a real mess. Think of this as an arm load of marbles that were thrown everywhere. It was amazing to me how he brought things together into manageable packages. Dave has been at this forever. He probably even knows what you will do in the future before you do, such as my rebound marriage, which failed after a short term, which is not uncommon. Dave showed personal attention to my case and to me as a person. I was not just a number in the case file. I am certain that I fared as well as possible in both of my divorces with Dave's guidance, as compared to horror stories about other lawyers that I have heard. I highly recommend Dave Senkel as a divorce lawyer. However, my hopes and my intentions are, that I never need him again in this capacity. No offense!

In this day and age it's not easy for a father to gain custody of his son. Mr. Senkel did an outstanding job of helping me do this .I would highly recommend him to anyone involved in a custody case. His staff was very helpful, and I really appreciate the way they responded in a very timely manner to ...any cares or questions that I had.

Mr. Senkel helped me with my divorce and was always honest and "kept it real", no sugar coating it! I appreciated that! He also handled my case when my ex took me back to court to attempt to get full custody of my children. Not only did he win the case, but he also had court ordered anger manageme...nt classes mandatory for my ex AND I actually ended up with full custody of my children! A lot of years went by and I thought all was fine, then get served with papers again from my ex asking for a decrease in child support and that the support be paid "directly to the children". Needless to say, I enlisted Mr. Senkel's help again and came out a winner!

When ever there is a need for an attorney life can become quite stressful with high levels of anxiety. The benefits of keeping one's peace of mind can go further than anything else. If it were not for having Mr.Senkel as my attorney I would hate to think just where I would be. To bad they don't use a... 10 star rating for the real good ones.
