Wealth of Experience

I was recommended to Brian from a friend for my divorce. I had never been through the process and from the first consultation until the end Brian explained the process and timelines I would encounter. With his experience and knowledge of divorce proceeding we were able to come to a realistic resoluti...on to both parties expectations. His expertise in this field made the divorce less painful from the proceedings stand point. I would highly recommend hiring Brian.

poor experience

I used his firm for a non contested divorce. Brian would not respond to emails and when asked, claimed he read them but then had no knowledge of my questions. My ex husband an I met with Brian a few times and each time found him hard to follow and his over all 'advice' seemed to be ramblings a...nd uninformative. We got our divorce done pretty inexpensively and fortunately did not have anything to sort out. IF you have assets or a complicated case, DO NOT use him. I think he is great for speeding tickets, but not for anything that involves more than a few questions. After all was said and done, I found he did not file a new deed for us as he originally said he was going to take care of.

Highly recommend!

I couldn't have made it through my child custody case with any other lawyer. Brian definitely surpassed all expectations when it came to being represented. He not only spent whatever time was necessary to fully understand my case and to ensure all bases were covered, but took it upon himself to coach... me through what was yet to come, despite how hard it may have been to hear at times. He prepared me for the good, the bad, and the ugly of my case. During all court appearances, he fought for countless hours and seemingly put himself in my shoes- knowing exactly what I wanted to happen next. Brian and his entire staff set the standards high for legal representation.

Excellent Attorney

Reasonable rates, always polite, always communicates immediately about case. He has always been a big help for me whether it was traffic or domestic.

Horrible Experience

The most uninvolved attorney I have ever known. Will not get back with you nor do anything but take your money. While sitting in court, the lady next to me was furious.. stating she couldn't believe he knew nothing of her case, never got back with her either and seemed to really care less about her c...ase. We chatted about our terrible experience while waiting. After my hearing, he came out to the hallway to talk to my husband and I. We all agreed that we had NOT come to an agreement. I left there with the impression nothing had really changed and we would be back in 2 months for another hearing. I wait 2 days later and see on case.net that he signed off that all parties agreed. So, now I have hired a new attorney hoping to undo some of the damage caused by this guy. His assistant is also a nightmare. Rude and uncaring as well.
