Never answers the phone, had to drive from St. Louis several times just to get an answer! They went through several secretaries , who by the way didn’t know what they were doing, in the ...time he represented us, if that’s what you want to call it. Most lackadaisical person on earth! I don’t know how he remains a lawyer, to be honest!
