I hired Brian in an emergency situation from another state. His office staff was friendly. When I called to inquire about Brian, I was able to speak to him right away. Some lawyers still haven't called back and Brian has already resolved the issue. I would recommend him to anyone, even my family.... His office ladies were amazing and very kind and thoughtful. I was recommended to Brian from a friend for my divorce. I had never been through the process and from the first consultation until the end Brian explained the process and timelines I would encounter. I used his firm for a non contested divorce. Brian would not respond to emails and when asked, claimed he read them but then had no knowledge of my questions. My ex husband an I met with Brian a few times and each time found him hard to follow and his over all 'advice' seemed to be ramblings a...nd uninformative. We got our divorce done pretty inexpensively and fortunately did not have anything to sort out. IF you have assets or a complicated case, DO NOT use him. I think he is great for speeding tickets, but not for anything that involves more than a few questions. After all was said and done, I found he did not file a new deed for us as he originally said he was going to take care of.
