I am utterly dissatisfied with the service or lack thereof provided by Ms. Louis. I initiated contact and met with her to submit paperwork regarding my case in early May. Since the exchange I have been attempting to contact Ms. Louis. She does not respond to my emails or return my phone calls. I have... tried to ask follow up questions and attempted to check the status. She finally emailed me the first week of July stating there was paperwork missing—some of which we completed in her office together. I asked for clarification and got no response. I also attempted to call multiple times. At this point I can confidently say she is screening my calls and ignoring my emails intentionally especially since I got an answer once I called from a different phone number. I do not recommend working with Ms. Louis. The location is convenient and the only pro in this situation.
