I hired Ms. Hardy to help me with a child custody case. I wanted to move out of state with my husband and take my son. My sons father was insistent on keeping him in missouri. Ms Hardy was very hard to get ahold of. Numerous times I would call her secetary and never receive a call back. She postponed... out court date multiplie times! Which ended up costing us more in fees. She would continually give me bad advice on what to do with my life. She told me that I needed to stay in missouri and stay away from my husband! He was the one paying for her services! I was so offended. She had told me it would be ok to fly back and forth with my son while the court date was pending. This resulted in the judge becoming very irratted since it was something I was not supposed to do which hurt my case. Please save your money. She is unprofessional, unresponsive, and unaware of the clients needs. We ended up having to switch lawyers right before my last court date since she wanted to try everything she could to avoid an actual court appearance. Avoid her at all costs. Dont let my wasted money be in vain.
