I have used Helge Puchalla repeatedly. The last time I hired him was to purchase a small business. While he has always responded in a timely manner and no doubted looked after my best interest I was especially impressed by two things. 1. In the negotiations for the business he had enough forethought ...to prepare for a concern that I did not see coming but he thought may arise. Instead of having to schedule another meeting, we resolved this issue immediately with paperwork already in his possession . His attention to detail not only saved time but also money. 2. When answering my questions Helge is thorough and has, on occasion, even informed me he would like to do some research before answering. Mr. Puchalla values that each situation is unique, and deserves careful attention.
