I did not purchase the services of Mr. Stoddard, but I did call his office to enquire about consumer protection as it relates to private sellers of vehicles and the passing of safety inspections. He informed me of the law, and while he did not wish to take my case (for quite understandable reasons) h...e was quite helpful in helping me grasp whether or not I would have a case if I chose to pursue it. Short answer for the sake of this review: I would most likely win if I chose to press. If you want someone who cares enough to inform you of your situation and who won't take your money if he feels it would be poorly spent, this lawyer is for you.
