Ben is passionately dedicated to fighting for those individuals that have been seriously injured. He continues to represent clients that have been hurt in traffic accidents, serious falls, animal attacks, and other wrongful acts by both individuals and large corporations. Ben’s highest priority is making sure that each of his clients receives the best representation and service possible.
Ben was born and raised in St. Louis County and comes from a long line of attorneys that have represented clients both locally and internationally. Ben attended Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois where he was on Dean’s List and earned Academic All-Conference honors in NCAA Varsity Baseball. While a law student at Syracuse University, Ben served as Vice-President of his law class and received the Distinguished Service Award for his continuous work on the Student Bar Association. Additionally, he dedicated himself to representing low income individuals on a variety of legal issues.
After law school, Ben joined one of Missouri’s top Plaintiff firms, and he began representing seriously injured individuals. He honed his skills as a trial attorney, while witnessing the nickel dime tactics practiced by insurance companies to avoid paying claims. Drawing on his experience and passion, Ben founded The Keathley Law Office in 2015 to provide legal help to those injured individuals who need it the most.
Ben’s commitment to fighting for others’ legal rights is present in all of his work. He is a passionate member of the Himalayan Family Healthcare Project and has been appointed by the Mayor of Chesterfield to the Citizens for the Environment Committee. Ben is also heavily involved in teaching the trial attorneys of tomorrow and proudly coaches the Lafayette High School Mock Trial team.
