Melissia is not only very knowledgeable, determined and precise in all her work, she has deep compassion for the work she does for you as well as for you personally as her client. I recommend Melissia to everyone I know.
I was surprised to receive a summons regarding a property I had deeded over years ago in a divorce. One of those irritating little things brought on by details truly out of your control. None the less it needed to be dealt with in timely and professional manner to avoid further complications. Having previously found I could depend on Ms. Riddle to do things in a most proficient manner. I placed the matter in her hands. She and her team made the necessary contacts and prepared the required documents to get the matter resolved to everyone's satisfaction. Especially mine, they do great work. I find this lady to be dependable and more trustworthy than people I had dealt with in my distant past. I would not hesitate to recommend her and her firm to anyone I know. She and the team are incredibly responsive to inquiries and do a most excellent job keeping their clients fully informed of what is happening throughout the process. This alone is most refreshing since it relieves the tension which always accompanies legal matters that can result in serious consequences financially. If you find yourself looking for legal counsel, I would appreciate it if you contact Ms. Riddle and her associates. I am sure you won't regret it.
A. Melissia Riddle, Esq. is the founding member of the Riddle Law Group located in Chesterfield, Missouri. Ms. Riddle has written and lectured extensively on the topics of trust and estate litigation, trustee liability, and probate practice and procedure. Ms. Riddle is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, and the Texas Bar Association. She has been named as a National Association of Professional Women’s Executive Woman of the Year for 2013. Excellent Attorney
A few years back, we had an issue with encroachment on our private driveway. This was a complicated situation, as our private property is located in a downtown area, and all of our "neighbors" are in fact tenants of landlords, who in many cases are "absentee." At this time, Melissia specialized in trusts and estates, but she also took other types of cases. She was professional and prompt in dealing with the offender and was perfectly prepared when the case went to mediation. She led us through the mediation, and we were able to prevail to our complete satisfaction, negating the necessity of taking the case to court. Her intelligence and her ability were great assets to our case. Her billings were very fair and well-explained. We were so very lucky to have her as our advocate.
