Let me start off by saying this. I've cycled through over a dozen lawyers in my life with over $100k in legal fees to prove it. I'm not a legal guru but I know a thing or two about law. Don't fall for some cheesy radio commercials, fancy resumes or all the other hype attorneys like to broadcast. Chan...ces are that "big time" attorney could probably care less about your not so "big time" case! He will take your money and pretend to care but that's probably about it. Trust me I've been there! Also... I was never asked to leave this review and David knows nothing about it. Let's be honest. If you're reading this review chances are you need some real help and some real advice. I'm not saying David is perfect or even the right guy for you. I'm not saying he's going to perform a miracle or make all your problems go away. What I will say is David cares. He will tell you how it is, what your options are, what he can offer and any advice he may have. He knows the law, knows your rights and how to strategically use them to your advantage. He knows when to fight and knows when to play nice. Either way he is loyal to his clients and unwilling to compromise. You will have no doubt he is on your side and no doubt he is looking out for you. He is supportive and caring in all aspects. He keeps you informed throughout the process and makes a effort to foresee any possible surprises. He will let you know all possible outcomes and help you prepare for whatever they may be. He is very fair when it comes to pricing and will fight for you no matter what the figure. You'll never feel like a paycheck or just another "dollar". He won't have you looking back with regrets or second guessing your decision. He is easy to get ahold of, excellent at communication and completely transparent. What he knows you will know. No "slide of hand" or "back room deals". All in all David is a fantastic lawyer. My advice is to at least give him a try. Explain your situation and let him tell you what he can do. I'll be as blunt and as clear as possible. If you pass David by without giving him a chance you are absolutely making a mistake. He should be the first and last lawyer on your list. Also I want it to be known. David knows absolutely nothing about this review, he didn't offer me compensation for this review, ask me for a review or anything else. Other lawyers have begged me for positive reviews in the past. David was never one of them.

I thought I knew what I was doing (trying to be my own lawyer) Lol, I walked into Mr Anderson office and all my fears and frustrations I had he saw on my face and he assured me that he would be there and fight for me. He did all that and more. Mr Anderson made sure that I knew what was going on at al...l times. Called, text, and emailed me. He was a BEAST in the court room. Mr Anderson went so hard for me that I wanted to hug him after my case was over. He made sure to take care of his client, kept it professional at all times and he has a funny personality. When I didn’t understand a situation and I thought it wasn’t nothing more that we could do about the case, he would reassure me that it was ok. He would call me back, read something to me and ask how does that sound. I recommend him to someone already and in the future I will do the same also. He’s very patient and understanding.
