Not only did he do a fantastic job explaining everything he also negotiated a fair parenting plan and my relationship with my children could not be better! I would recommend Mr. Neely to all my family and friends.

Immature & Unprofessional
Joe prepared my brother's will and hung up on me when I called to inquire about some of the verbiage in the will after my brother's death. This behavior is not at all what one would expect from a "professional" representing me or my estate.

Dealing with a decisive family issue we hired this attorney. Not only was he rude, Joe made you feel unwelcome in his office. He will not tolerate 2 people speaking at once. Fine. However our family was 3 states apart and we did a conference call. Without visual cues, being so far way, we had no...
