Absolutely wrecked my life, his overwhelming arrogance, lack of current Trusty policy knowledge - or so he says as his peers disagree. Olson disobeyed direct and clear orders not to contact my employer again, he did so anyway. Olson claimed he was required to do so, this was an all out lie.
