I called to inquire about a consultation (for which I was even willing to pay). The receptionist that first answered said she could not help me, but took my name & said someone would call me back in ~30 minutes. Nearly an hour later, another receptionist calls, takes my information & story. She says ...that this is the process & that she will call back within a day. Nearly 18 hours later, she calls to tell me that Shari will not even consult with me. She doesn't say she's sorry or anything, just that Shari will not speak with me. I was flabbergasted as I've never heard of a lawyer turning down a paid consultation, let alone the rudeness of her receptionist. I don't know how this place maintains business...
