classic case of ex-D.A.(now public defender/PRETENTER) trading peoples lives as if nothing more than Monopoly Property Deeds

Now don't get me wrong I'm sure as a Hired Hand Mr.Verhines would be a decent if not great defense lawyer. However as court appointed PUBLIC PRETENDER you can and almost certainly will be left for dead. I'll give you an example; Say you are arrested and charged(guilty by association) for something wh...ich you ultimately had nothing to do with other than knowing the true offender. you're walking down the street with this offender when out of nowhere he commits a crime that totally catches you by surprise, of course starteling yourself and not wanting anything to do with it you flee for fear of unjust/undeserved repurcussions do to some dumb desperit young man's actions. you however are arrested and charged with the same charges as the actual offender. LONG STORY SHORT- WE GET SEPERATE COURT APPOINTED DEFENSE. THE ACTUAL OFFENDER'S ATTORNEY GET'S HIS CLIENT RELEASED ON A MIDERMEANOR AFTER ONE MONTH OF INCARSERATION-O.R'd FOR FREE IF HE PLED GUILTY.(defense attorney:James Richard Myers) I however got defense attorney: Bob Verhines:( who despite all evidense including the DICOVERY(that is all the witness statements, police statements, etc. that in and of itself alone stated info that says from eyewitnesses that when the criminal act was commited it caught myself by surprise and I ran(my only true offense) out of fear of being wrongfully affiliated with anothers actions. Mr. Verhines totally mis-handled my case as if he himself never even read the DICOVERY. I seen him very rarely and when I did all he said is take the deal and that if it goes to trial I would likely be given MAX SENTENCE on a class 1 felony(the actual offender's attorney got him out in 1 months time with a misdermeanor,my BOB VERHINES after two months in jail finally got me a bail reduction from $50,000 to $7,500 and I bonded out.Huge differance right. Ultimately I did a total of @ 8 months jail time 2 years probation, paid @ $1,600 and still got a class 3 felony. IS THAT JUSTICE .... .. .? Thats plain old prosecuter trading peoples lives with so called defense attorney as if FACTS AND LAW DON'T EXIST.
