No, you have custody of your own baby unless a court order says otherwise. You are still a minor until u r 18 and your parents decide where u live.

No. You are in the custody of a parent until you are 18. It does not matter if you graduated or not.

No medical option. You were either drinking or you were not. When u get a lawyer, that person will tell u what your options were.
