Coke head
Bill was consulted on a case of mine years ago and accepted payment in the form of cocaine for his services yet now he belittles people who have gone through addiction and have been sober for over a year while he sits there jaw jacking constantly twitching scratching and many other ticks of a user

Great lawyer.
This lawyer Bill J milner is a very good,knowledable,responsive and trustworthy he gave me great prices and knows much about many types of law. He has great secratarys and even better phone systems ignore all this hate and trash talk he is a very good and I recommend him.

Run, don't walk away from this attorney
The only time you ever get to talk to this attorney is when he quotes you a price on his retainer. From then on, you have to reintroduce yourself everytime you see him in court, if he remembers to tell you that you have a court date. Never returns phone calls, knows very little about family law.
