When you have a client call you pretty you don't say "Thank you". You are a professional you don't antagonize these behaviors. This was brought to my attention by one of her clients. She's a court appointed lawyer in a county that I'm almost certain she is CLOSE to the SA, if you understand. I have b...een at the courthouse and heard people call her all kinds of vulgar names on more then one occasion. Being a long time resident in this county she has delt with my families cases in the past and recently and a very close friend. She needs to be terminated from this position. Text messaging clients is just not professional. Maybe I am just old? I would give her zero stars if it were an option

Great Attorney! Very capable and lots of experience. She works very hard to do a good job and does everything she can get you what you want. She was upfront with everything including what the cost would be as well as what her fees would be. Rarely do you get more than what you pay for, and with Ab...bey you get it all.

I hired this attorney to do my divorce. I have 2 girls, ages 7 and 9. First there was an order of protection out on my ex-husband which she advised me to drop or I wouldn't get what I wanted. Second, she told me not to worry about losing my kids, that I wouldn't lose them. Now for the actual divo...rce. My ex-husband threatened me until I gave him one daughter and kept the other so my daughters have to live apart from each other while they are growing up. My attorney did not advise me against this nor did she even think "My client had an op out on him, I wonder if something might be wrong". The biggest joke of all that she didn't do is no visitation through christmas break. Thank You Abbey!!!! I didn't want to see my oldest daughter anyways. When the visitation was written there is no start date and my ex-husband is still threatening me. I can't put an op out on him even though he harasses me and threatens me on a daily basis because I was stupid enough to listen to this attorney and dropped the op plus he has my oldest daughter. He has not abided by one single court order and I gave this attorney all my money. So thank you Abbey Brian for ruining my daughters lives and sending one daughter to live in poverty and did I mention she will have a 17 year old for a step-mom? I appreciate everything you didn't do. Do NOT hire this attorney if you have kids.
