If you are a Father going to mediation with this women you better come there ready to work in the best interest of the child and you will be fine. Marsha largely favors the primary caregiver but more so she wants what is best for the children. She is aggressive and even rude sometimes but if you show... her that you are there for your child and not a lot of other stuff she will help you. The other fathers who wrote reviews on Marsha more than likely are fathers that thought parenting is a convenience. I would drive 1000 miles to get my little girl if I had to. If more fathers were doing what they were suppose to do maybe lawyers like Marsha would not make assumptions that fathers are less fit than mothers. Don't blame Marsha for an environment that men created. Be ready to pay your child support, go out of your way to get your kids. care for them properly, and try to reasonably work with the mother of your kids and you will be fine with Marsha.

this woman was hired to be a non biased third party person with her interest being helping my ex and i communicate so we can come to an agreement. This woman literally berated me for an hour and a half frequently telling me to shut up and using fowl language. (mostly F bombs) Told me i was a bad pa...rent and would only listen to my ex's side of the story. I have heard from many people that she favors the custodial parent and she proved it true. she may be a decent lawyer but as a mediator she does a piss poor job. i would not recommend this woman to anyone unless they were looking for a "dirty" attorney.
