Richard Kim and his team (Haley and Hee) helped me buy a foreclosure property in Chicago. I usually become automatically concerned when having to deal with a lawyer and Richard managed to pass my strict check-list when I was looking for a property attorney. I get very involved in the details, and I e...njoyed his tendency to provide information. He and his team earned my trust by providing very detailed and to-the-point answers. Their follow-up on the process was excellent and they covered some of the mishaps by the real estate broker. I did enjoy working with them, and I definitely recommend Richard and his team.
