Grateful mother & son

We called Scott to help out for two tickets received by my 16 year old son. Being a new driver he made a couple of foolish mistakes on a holiday weekend, no less. Contacting him was the best thing I could have done! He not only helped us to know what to expect but also to advised us on what to do in ...regards to the tickets. He eased our nervousness and made court so much easier. Not only did he help us get one ticket dropped, he made sure my son was clear to not to continue to make driving mistakes or he would be driving nothing, but riding his bike in a sweet, but direct way. The same he would have told his own son. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome! I highly recommend his service and praying we won't need to call him again but definitely will if needed & without a doubt highly recommend. I still have another boy to survive in a few of years) Thank you Scott! From a forever grateful mother of a new driver!

Life saving lawyer

Scott Hankens is by far the best lawyer in Illinois and possibly the country. He not only cares for his clients, but is passionate about his work and stays up hours after regular working hours to ensure his clients have the best possible outcome with their case. When Scott says don't worry about some...thing, then you shouldn't worry. Believe me, I was looking at 6 years until I hired Scott. When he told me not to worry, I felt relieved knowing that I chose the best lawyer my case. He truly knows the law, and that is why he got all charges against me dropped. He not only saved my military career, but my life as well. Thank you Scott. I am forever thankful that you never gave up on me like the public defender did.

Mr. Hanken went above and beyond for me in and out of the court room to assure he provided me with excellent representation. He was able to substantially reduce the charges against me, even getting most of them dropped. If you want someone to go to bat for you, this is your guy!

OUI Charge

Scott was great to work with, a true professional who knows his stuff and when it came to my case, it could have been much worse than it was even for a first offense but he did a great job reducing my charge to a fine and 1 year of court supervision. He was very responsive to me and I always felt li...ke I knew exactly where I stood and was well informed along the way. I would recommend him to anyone at least for the situation I was in, I plan to never need him again, but would suggest using him if you get charged with OUI, BUI, DWI as he was great!!!

DUI client

When something bad happens like getting a DUI your mind goes crazy and you think about the worst case scenario. I know people that have ended up in the worst case scenario and had an attorney. Not the case with Mr Hanken. He handled it the way he said he would from the beginning. I have recommended... him to anyone I know that has had ANY issues (not sure if he appreciates that or not but whatever, lol) with the law. Thanks for everything Mr Hanken.
