W. Scott Hanken

This was our first time as a company asking for Scott Hanken's assistance, and we couldn't be any more happy with the outcome of the trial and of his exceptional performance. Not only that, but with the lawyer we typically go through (and pay twice as much for), couldn't even get the ticket's dollar ...amount lowered as much as Scott did. Mr Hanken made clear that a DUI was not the end of the world and assured me he was going to do everything he could to help me get through the process. Scott was great to work with, a true professional who knows his stuff and when it came to my case, it could have been much worse than it was even for a first offense but he did a great job reducing my charge to a fine and 1 year of court supervision. He was very responsive to me and I always felt li...ke I knew exactly where I stood and was well informed along the way. I would recommend him to anyone at least for the situation I was in, I plan to never need him again, but would suggest using him if you get charged with OUI, BUI, DWI as he was great!!!

Mr. Hanken has represented me on a few dui cases. I have been very satisfied with his performance. I have never lost my license, as he has had the offenses reduced to other traffic violations. He was able in all cases to get the summery suspension for not blowing or not submitting to field sobriety t...ests recended. He offers a realitivly painless representation to an otherwise stressful situation. Court proceedings were also fast and painless with virtually no lost time from work.
