Wonderful, Down-to-Earth, Professional Attorney

I am 1,000% happy with my choice to hire Scott Hanken to represent me. I was stopped at a road block after a wedding and was issued a DUI. I called Scott a couple days later and he immediately took action. When meeting with him, he made me feel comfortable and confident that I was in the right hands.... Being my first DUI, I was terrified. But, Scott really ensured me that he would do everything in his power to help me. Needless to say, he is WORTH EVERY PENNY! I will not have a conviction on my record after 12 months of supervision, fines, and courses fo complete. He is a very sarcastic, funny, and welcoming individual and I immediately trusted him! I HIGHLY recommend this man to represent you. We all make mistakes, and he can definitely help fix them. :)

I made a bad decision one night and got charged with a DUI. Scott Hanken is absolutely amazing at what he does. He doesn’t mess around and gets things done. He tells you what will happen and what he will do, and is forthcoming and straightforward about everything. An attorney I genuinely trust. He ac...tually ended up getting me an even better plea deal than what was anticipated! He found an issue with the paperwork and made it so that I wouldn’t have to put a breathalyzer machine put a baiid machine in my car. I also did not have my license suspended. Scott was able to get me just a year of supervision and I literally could not have gotten a better deal! I am so glad I found Scott Hanken and to have him represent me. I am more than grateful .. thank you Scott, you were the man for the job! You went above and beyond and it couldn’t have turned out any better. SCOTT’S THE MAN! If you ever get charged with a DUI or know someone who has.. stop right now and give Scott Hanken’s Law Firm a call. Seriously.. They’re the best, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Also, Scott Hanken and his receptionists are very welcoming and kind people. They made me feel right at home and took care of everything. Scott answered all of my questions and more.. Scotts Law charge dismissed!

Could not be happier with Mr Hanken's service. I was charged with a Scotts Law violation and Mr Hanken got the charges dismissed completely! The entire staff was very professional, Mr Hanken is very knowledgeable and he was very well priced. 5/5 stars.

GREAT customer service

My husband had gotten in trouble AGAIN, for the SAME thing he was CURRENTLY on probation for. Scott had already handled that case, from PREVIOUSLY being hired by myself. Low & behold, he came through AGAIN, for a SECOND time, to SAVE THE DAY, & my husband’s probation was EXTENDED an additional 2 yea...rs. ANYONE looking to hire a GREAT lawyer, w/YEARS of experience, I say, CALL Scott ! He’ll work w/you, if money is the issue, he’s 1000% HONEST & STRAIGHT UP !
