Supervision is not a conviction. However, if the application asks, have you ever pled guilty to a misdemeanor or felony you must answer yes.

If I got a DUI in Illinois, while being licensed in MN, will it affect my MN DL?? Will it show up on my driving record?

Illinois will report the dispostion to MN, even if you receive supervision. What MN will do with that information I do not know. Let your MN lawyer...
