Why were DUI sentance LAWS passed to have DRUG & ALCOHOL treatment included in the sentance for such a crime? Why laws Created?

Adding to the previous post, use spellcheck when you write your paper. It's sentence, not sentance.

IF MD honors the Interstate Compact of which it and SC are members, then yes. And you should expect SC to take action against your driver's license...

Depends on where you got the ticket, and only an experienced traffic lawyer in that county is going to know the answer.
