DUI in Ill cannot be ekxpunged even with pardon and recommendation to expunge. A better route, altho a long shot, is to get the convict.ion vacated...

Two super in differenr counties Happens all the time
The first county would have to file papers to revoke the super. Not automatic.
I was the waitress who served my friend alcohol at a bar. I am the only witness in his DUI case. Do I have to testify??

Possibly but only if serving him was a crime and if the state did not offer you immunity. Get a lawyer
