Last DUI was in 2008 but recently in feb of 2012 i got a ticket for driving on provoked licence? what will happen now?

You should obtain an attorney. A conviction is jail time or 240 hours of public service. You may be able to get supervision. If your lawyer knows...
If you are arrest for a DUI in your own personal vehicle ( but you have a CDL) can your CDLs still be revoked??

Yes in all 50 states a DUI in a personal vehicle causes a CDL DQ

Hire a lawyer who specializes in Secretary of State hearings. NOT the same thing as a DUI lawyer. 90% of them have no clue. There are some good...

NC cannot suspend your CO DL. Therefore it is valid in 49 states under full faith and credit. NC can only suspend your right to drive in NC.
