no judge can order it removed. as long as you don't have a lousy driving record, the SOS will purge it in about 5 years but why worry about it?

maybe you need a private lawyer. maybe the PD knows they won't follow through if there is a lien or co owner

Yes, you can have an informal hearing if that's your only DUI.
