No because supervision is not a conviction.
Are there any states that are NOT members of the Drivers license Compact that do NOT use the National Driver Registry?

No. they all use the registry bc they will lose Fed highway money if they don't.

no judge can order it removed. as long as you don't have a lousy driving record, the SOS will purge it in about 5 years but why worry about it?
