It depends on the reason for the suspension. If it's for 3 moving violations in a year, they have 6 months. If it's a statutory summary suspension...

Arrested for DUI . After arrest was given the CAB test was given . No Miranda rights were ever given . Is CAB admissible ?

Yes in Il Miranda is not not applicable as the breath test is not "testimonial".

There are 102 courthouses in IL. You need to specify where your court dates are. Driving suspended is subject to 364 days in jail.

Champaign uses this as a form of extortion. If you pay the ticket before the court date, there will be a civil settlement dismissing the complaint....

No way an IL lawyer can know how another state would handle Il offenses. Need to check with the state where you are "wondering" about.
