Was a state ticket, in which case you contact the circuit court? Or an ordinance violation?

When were you provided with the notice of SSS? when did the police send the notice to SOS? When did the confirmation go out?

It depends on the reason for the suspension. If it's for 3 moving violations in a year, they have 6 months. If it's a statutory summary suspension...

Arrested for DUI . After arrest was given the CAB test was given . No Miranda rights were ever given . Is CAB admissible ?

Yes in Il Miranda is not not applicable as the breath test is not "testimonial".

There are 102 courthouses in IL. You need to specify where your court dates are. Driving suspended is subject to 364 days in jail.

Champaign uses this as a form of extortion. If you pay the ticket before the court date, there will be a civil settlement dismissing the complaint....
